Men More Likely To Forgive A Cheating Partner For Lesbian Fling
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/relationships/8288976/Men-more-likely-to-forgive-cheating-partners-lesbian-fling-study-finds.html

Apparently research has found that men are more than twice as likely to stay with their girlfriends if they cheat on them with another woman than with another man. The University of Texas showed the pattern as the opposite. A study that was published in Personality and Individual Differences brought a new psychological insight behind men's desire for variety of partners and women's desire for a committed partner. The study's author and doctoral candidate in evolutionary psychology, Jamie Confer, had this to say: "A robust jealousy mechanism is activated in men and women by different types of cues those that threaten paternity in men and those that threaten abandonment in women." With her father, Mark Cloud, who professes psychology at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, she conducted a study on seven-hundred college students. They were told to imagine themselves in a committed relationship, both romantic and sexual aspects, for three months so far. Then they were asked how they would feel if the partner cheated on them. To mix it up a bit some surveyed students were told their partners were unfaithful with men, and others with women. Some were even told their partners only cheated with one person, and others with multiples. Some were even further told how many times it'd happened. It is funny to note that it didn't matter how many times the imaginative partner cheated or who with, men shows a fifty per cent likelihood of staying with their partner who had an affair with the same gender and a twenty-two per cent likelihood of staying with their partner
after a different gender affair. As for women, twenty-eight continued dating their partner after a heterosexual affair and twenty-one per cent continued to date their partner after a homosexual affair. As I was reading into this study, I became more aware about why this is happening among men.
Men like being the "bigger man" and when their partner cheats on them with another male, it makes them feel threatened and they feel like there is male competition. Confer said that, like the facts above in this article, men find that if their partner has a same sex affair, it is an opportunity to mate with more than one woman at the same time. Thus, keeping the man's desire for more partners satisfied. I think that a man should not want more than one partner, but I believe it is in our manly nature to try to find as much affection as we can get to feel better about ourselves. Confer also added: "These findings are even more remarkable given that homosexuality attitude surveys show men have more negative attitudes toward homosexuality and to be less supportive of civil rights for same-sex couples than women. However, this general trend of men showing lower tolerance for homosexuality than women is reversed in the one fitness-enhancing situation female homosexuality." She also went
on to say about woman objecting to affairs of especially a boyfriend's homosexual affair: "Such an affair may be seen as a sign of dissatisfaction with the current relationship and a prelude to possible abandonment. Results mirrored those of the imagined infidelity scenarios with men significantly more likely than women to have ended their actual relationships following a partner's heterosexual affair" I just found the topic an interesting one, this is in no way any disapproval of homosexuality or any other disapproval topics.

Two Suns May Be Seen From Earth By 2012
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/01/20/two-suns-twin-stars_n_811864.html

The Earth could possibly get a second sun by the year 2012, at least for a temporary amount of time. A Senior Lecturer of Physics at the University of Southern Queensland, Brad Carter spoke to www.news.com.au about this topic. The star Betelgeuse is one of the sky's brightest stars at night and

also cause a neutron star or even result in a black hole forming 1300 light years from Earth. If Betelgeuse does super-nova, the Earth will be showered with harmless particles, according to Carter: "They will flood through the Earth and bizarrely enough, even though the supernova we see visually will light up the night sky, 99 per cent of the energy in the supernova is released in these particles that will come through our bodies and through the Earth with absolutely no harm whatsoever." It was first stated that a neutrino shower could be beneficial to the Earth, because there is all different elements that we could get from the shower, but implies that the supernova itself will be beneficial: "Far from being a sign of the apocalypse, according to Dr Carter the supernova will provide Earth with elements
necessary for survival and continuity."

Thor Script Leaked, Paramount Nukes It
http://furiousfanboys.com/2011/01/thor-script-leaked-online-and-paramount-nukes-it/

On the 27th, a Comic Book Movie poster posted a full script that was claimed to be the screenplay for Thor. It had confirmed almost everything shown and rumored about the film and was said
to be extremely legit. Paramount went crazy on the site over the leaked script and Cinemablend has the whole story: "Comic Book Movie informs us that they were hit by take down notices from Paramount’s lawyers moments after the Thor script was posted on their message board by an anonymous user. They complied, it is Paramount’s script after all, and they’re well within their rights. You can see their point, I might have done the same in their shoes. Except the script’s out there now, there’s no putting the genie back in that bottle, and in the process of trying to  put him back in they’ve pissed a lot of fans off. That’s really all they’ve accomplished… for now. Then they took it a step further. CBM claims that in addition to forcing them to remove the script Paramount then pressured them to also remove comments left by people about the script. Additionally, the site says they received correspondence from a Marvel rep trying to get CBM owner and reporter Jim Littler to reveal the script’s source."

That's it for tonight, tried to keep it simple. If you noticed at the top I have added pages for information about me and the blog and a contact us page. More will be made available on those
pages as I find out what I am going to try to enhance this blog to make it a funner experience for everyone! Here are four videos to end your weekend.
